DESCRIPTION

The CDSOD323-T15LC is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode for surge and ESD protection applications, featuring a 15V voltage in a bidirectional configuration. Bourns® chip diodes conforms to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration minimizes roll away. Tipical aplications are HDMI 1.4, digital visual interface (DVI), USB 3.0 / USB OTG, memory protection, SIM card ports and etc. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
