DESCRIPTION

CD123D-B140LR is a small-signal Schottky barrier chip diode designed for switching and rectification applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 V, low forward voltage characteristics, and high current capability with a forward current rating of 1 A. It is housed in a compact SOD-123 size leadless chip package and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. The diode exhibits a junction capacitance of 115 pF at 4 V reverse bias and 1.0 MHz, with thermal resistance of 190 °C/W (junction to ambient) and 60 °C/W (junction to case). Common applications include switch mode power supplies (SMPS), portable equipment batteries, high frequency rectification, DC/DC converters, and telecommunications equipment.
