CD123D-B120R is a small-signal Schottky barrier chip diode designed for switching and rectification applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20 V, forward current capability of 1 A, and low forward voltage of 0.32 V at 0.1 A, enabling efficient power conversion with minimal losses. It is housed in a compact SOD-123 leadless chip package compatible with surface-mount assembly and offers high current capability with halogen-free, RoHS-compliant construction.
