DESCRIPTION

CAT25-102JALF is a thick film chip resistor array featuring 8 resistors in a bussed configuration with a resistance value of 10 kO and 5% tolerance. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 25 V with a power rating of 62.5 mW per resistor and a temperature coefficient of resistance (T.C.R.) of ±200 ppm/°C. It maintains stable performance across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and features concave terminals with tin-plated (RoHS compliant) terminations. The array is constructed with an alumina 96 substrate and ruthenium oxide element, providing excellent reliability under various environmental conditions including humidity, thermal cycling, and vibration. This compact bussed chip array is ideal for multi-resistor applications in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and telecommunications where space efficiency and cost-effectiveness are important.
