DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-1-821LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O. The device is RoHS compliant with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements, and features an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The 4816P-1-821LF is ideal for applications requiring multiple precision resistors in compact form factors, such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks, offering improved tolerance to ±0.5% and compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue.
