DESCRIPTION

The 4609X-101-224LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with 220 kO resistance value and ±2% tolerance. This 9-pin package incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO), and a power rating of 1.13 watts at 70°C ambient temperature. It is designed for applications requiring precision resistor networks such as DRAM termination, SCSI applications, and signal conditioning circuits, offering low-profile compatibility with DIP packages and enhanced design flexibility.
