DESCRIPTION

The 4606X-101-105LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration (101 circuit) with a resistance value of 1 MO (code 105). This component incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, providing a compact solution for applications requiring parallel termination or pull-up/pull-down networks. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 MO. With a power rating of 0.75 W at 70°C ambient temperature, RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu plating, and low-profile epoxy resin construction compatible with DIP packages, this resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other high-density circuit designs requiring space-efficient component integration.
