DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-391LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value with a resistance code of 391 (390 ohms). This device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a package power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C, derating to zero power between +70°C and +125°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 megaohms, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). The device features a low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment, tin-plated RoHS-compliant terminations, and a novolac epoxy body with copper solder-coated lead frame. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI networks, and R/2R ladder networks where matched resistor arrays are required.
