The 4308R-102-122LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value connected between separate pins. This device incorporates a 1.2 kO resistance value with ±2% tolerance and is rated for 1.0 watt power dissipation at 70°C with derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 10,000 megohms minimum.
