DESCRIPTION

4116R-1-470LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 8 isolated 47 ohm resistors in a 16-pin package configuration. This RoHS compliant component offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values from 50 O to 2.2 MO, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C. The device provides a power rating of 0.250 watt per resistor at 70 °C and a total package power rating of 2.25 watts. Featuring tin-plated terminations for lead-free compliance, copper solder-coated lead frame material, and novolac epoxy body construction conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards, this resistor network is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and suitable for DRAM, SCSI, and dual terminator applications.
