The 3314J-1-253E is a 4 mm square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications with industrial-grade sealing and RoHS compliance. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a resistance value of 25 kO (code 253E) with ±20% standard tolerance and infinite resolution, making it suitable for precision circuit tuning. The device is qualified to AEC-Q200 Grade 1 and meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standards, with a mechanical adjustment angle of 240° nominal and maximum torque rating of 180 g-cm. Environmental testing confirms reliability across humidity (90–98% RH, 240 hours), thermal shock (5 cycles), vibration (20 G), and shock (100 G) conditions, with rotational life rated at 100 cycles. The J-hook configuration with straight slot adjustment is compatible with vacuum pick-and-place manufacturing and is commonly used in industrial control circuits, instrumentation, and consumer electronics requiring field calibration.
