DESCRIPTION

The 72XTR200KLF is a single-turn trimmer potentiometer from BI Technologies' Model 72 series, featuring a 3/8" square cermet element with side adjustment capability. This device offers a standard resistance range from 10 ohms to 2 megohms with ±10% tolerance (±20% for values under 100 ohms), and supports a maximum input voltage of 200 Vdc or rms with a power rating of 0.5 watts at 85°C. The trimmer provides essentially infinite resolution with a nominal electrical travel of 244°, maximum end resistance of 2 ohms, and dielectric strength of 900 Vrms, ensuring reliable performance in precision adjustment applications. With maximum slider current of 100 mA and insulation resistance exceeding 1,000 megohms, this component is well-suited for circuit calibration, gain adjustment, and offset trimming in industrial electronics, instrumentation, and consumer applications requiring precise potentiometric control.
