DESCRIPTION

The 67ZR2MEGLF is a Model 67 cermet trimming potentiometer designed for applications requiring adjustability and calibration in medical, consumer electronics, and industrial environments. This multiturn device features a 3/8" square form factor with sealed construction compatible with aqueous PCB cleaning processes, offering resistance values from 10 Ohms to 2 Megohms with ±10% tolerance (±20% for values below 100 Ohms). The potentiometer operates at a maximum input voltage of 200 Vdc with a power rating of 0.5 Watts at 85°C, derating to 0 at 125°C, and provides 20 turns of nominal electrical travel with essentially infinite resolution. Environmental performance is robust, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, dielectric strength of 900 Vrms, and insulation resistance of 1,000 Megohms minimum, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring high reliability and long operational life.
