DESCRIPTION
The 664-A-1003F is a precision thin-film resistor network featuring isolated resistor circuits with passivated nichrome resistors on an alumina ceramic substrate. It is housed in an industry-standard 0.150" SOIC narrow-body package with 8 leads (JEDEC 95, MS-012) and offers excellent frequency response and long-term resistance stability. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±25 ppm/°C and TCR tracking of ±5 ppm/°C, providing ratio tolerances of ±0.05%.
