DESCRIPTION

VQA-S12-D15-SIP is an isolated DC-DC converter module designed specifically for IGBT driver modules, featuring a compact footprint and high isolation capability. The module accepts a 12V nominal input (11.6–12.4V range) and provides dual outputs of +15V and -8.7V with a maximum output current of 80 mA and 40 mA respectively, delivering up to 80% efficiency at full load. It incorporates 3,000 Vac isolation between input and output, short-circuit protection with a 1-second response time, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The converter features a small SIP package measuring 19.50 × 9.80 × 12.5 mm and is designed to meet EN/BS EN 62368-1 safety standards, making it ideal for industrial power electronics and gate driver applications requiring high isolation and compact integration.
