DESCRIPTION
01005-1392 is a 2.5" solid shaft incremental encoder designed for industrial and hazardous location applications. It features high precision ball bearings, EMI shielding, and matched thermal coefficients on critical components to ensure reliable operation in demanding environments. The encoder meets IP65 protection standards and can achieve IP66 sealing when ordered with a shaft seal or cable gland. It supports multiple output configurations including ABZ (dual quadrature with index) channels with complementary outputs, operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C (storage), and offers extensive electrical protection to reduce damage from miswiring. The H25 encoder is ideal for machine control, automation systems, and applications requiring high noise immunity in electrically noisy environments, with certifications available for intrinsically safe or non-incendive hazardous area operation.
