DESCRIPTION
The PTH03010WAD is a 15-A, 3.3-V input non-isolated wide-output adjust power module designed for compact, high-performance step-down power conversion in multi-processor digital systems. It features an adjustable output voltage range from 0.8 V to 2.5 V set via a single external resistor, with efficiency up to 95% and a power density of 125 W/in³. The module includes advanced features such as Auto-Track sequencing for voltage tracking during power-up and power-down, on/off inhibit control, output voltage sense for tight load regulation, margin up/down controls for ±5% voltage adjustment, and non-latching over-current protection with auto-reset. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a compact footprint of 1.37 in × 0.62 in (34.8 mm × 15.75 mm), the PTH03010WAD is ideal for complex multi-voltage systems incorporating high-speed DSPs, microprocessors, and bus drivers that require reliable, flexible power delivery.
