DESCRIPTION

The NLP250N-99S24J is a 250 W medical-series single-output AC-DC power supply designed for business-critical applications requiring high reliability and safety compliance. It features a 24 V output with a maximum current of 10.5 A under forced air cooling (200 LFM) or 7.3 A in free-air convection, with ±2.0% total regulation and 240 mV ripple. The unit operates from universal AC input (85–264 VAC), includes active power factor correction compliant with EN61000-3-2, and provides auxiliary outputs of 5 V standby (1.0 A) and 12 V fan (0.3 A). It incorporates comprehensive protection mechanisms including overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection, with medical safety certifications (UL60601-1, VDE EN60601-1, IEC60601-1) and RoHS compliance. The low-profile design fits 1U applications and supports both natural convection and forced-air cooling with optional cover for enhanced thermal performance, making it ideal for medical devices, industrial control systems, and other safety-critical embedded power applications.
