DESCRIPTION
LGA20C-01SADJJ is a 20 ampere non-isolated DC-DC converter designed for high-density power applications requiring compact form factors and space-sensitive designs. The module accepts an input voltage range of 4.5 to 14.0 Vdc and delivers up to 100 watts of output power with adjustable output voltage from 0.59 to 5.1 Vdc, accommodating diverse silicon power requirements. Key technical features include ±0.2% line regulation, ±0.5% load regulation, 92% typical efficiency at 5V input and 2.5V output, and a switching frequency of 800 kHz for the 20 A model. The converter incorporates resistor-programmable undervoltage lockout, non-latching short-circuit and overvoltage protection, remote sense, remote enable, and voltage margining capabilities. Standard features also include excellent transient response with 1175 mV overshoot recovery within 15 microseconds, minimal airflow requirements, and RoHS compliance. This module is ideal for semiconductor equipment, industrial, telecommunications, data center computing, and medical applications where reliable, efficient power conversion in confined spaces is essential.
