DESCRIPTION

The LCM12K-SHF-P is a 12 kW power shelf designed to provide centralized current sourcing for medium to large scale LED lighting and horticulture applications. It houses three 4 kW power modules in a compact 19" 1U rack mount form factor with dimensions of 504.3 mm × 446.3 mm × 43.7 mm, enabling hot-plug replacement for maximum reliability and simplified maintenance. The shelf accepts low-line single-phase input (200 to 240 Vac) and delivers a nominal output voltage of 250 Vdc with a maximum output current of 48 A and maximum output power of 12,000 W, with output voltage adjustable from 100 to 300 Vdc and output current adjustable from 0.48 to 16 A. Operating efficiency reaches up to 95%, and the unit is rated for ambient temperatures from 0°C to +50°C with industrial safety certifications including UL 62368-1, CSA 62368-1, EN 62368-1, and IEC 62368-1. Stacking up to 12 shelves in a 16U cabinet provides 144 kW capacity for large-scale grow areas, making this solution ideal for commercial horticulture operations requiring reliable, scalable power distribution with a five-year warranty.
