DESCRIPTION
The ILS600-5 is a 600W intelligent laboratory programmable DC power supply with a single output rated at 50V and 20A maximum current. It features 12-bit D/A and A/D converters for accurate voltage and current reporting, with output ripple and noise of 100 mV RMS in constant voltage mode. The unit provides digital rotary controls for voltage and current adjustment, front-panel USB and Ethernet connectivity, analog control inputs, and LXI certification for remote operation. It includes built-in over-voltage protection (OVP), over-current protection (OCP), and over-power protection (OPP), along with wireless digital remote sense capability and precise measurement functionality. The ILS600-5 is ideal for test and measurement, ATE, laboratory research, and development applications where programmable power with high accuracy and remote control is required.
