DESCRIPTION

ERM01H110 is a 10-watt isolated DC-DC converter module from Artesyn's ERM series, specifically engineered for railway applications requiring high reliability and compliance with stringent safety standards. The module accepts a wide input voltage range of 40-160 Vdc and delivers a regulated 24 V output at 0.41 A, with an efficiency of 85% at maximum load. It features 3000 Vac rms input-to-output isolation, comprehensive protection circuits including overcurrent (OCP), overvoltage (OVP), and overtemperature (OTP) protection, and operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C. The encapsulated design in a compact 50.8 x 25.4 x 11 mm DIP package with tinned copper pins meets EN61368-1, EN50155, and EN50121-3-2 standards, making it ideal for railway rolling stock and other mission-critical transportation and industrial applications requiring galvanic isolation and robust performance.
