ERM00CC18 is a 10-watt isolated DC-DC converter module designed specifically for railway applications, featuring a dual output configuration of ±15 V at 0.335 A. The module accepts an input voltage range of 9 to 36 Vdc with a wide 4:1 input range and delivers 87% efficiency at maximum load. It provides 3000 Vac rms minimum input-to-output isolation with comprehensive protection features including hiccup-mode overcurrent/short-circuit protection, latched overvoltage protection, and over-temperature protection. The converter operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with derating, maintains output voltage tolerance of ±1.0%, line regulation of ±0.2%, and load regulation of ±1.0% for dual output configurations. Its compact 50.8 x 25.4 x 11 mm DIP package with encapsulated epoxy potting meets EN61368-1, EN50155, and EN50121-302 railway safety and EMI standards, making it ideal for railway rolling stock and other demanding industrial applications requiring high reliability and isolation.
