ERM00B110 is a 10-watt isolated DC-DC converter module from Artesyn's ERM series, specifically engineered for railway applications requiring high reliability and compliance with stringent safety standards. The module accepts an input voltage range of 40 to 160 Vdc and delivers a single 12 V output at 0.83 A with 85% efficiency at maximum load. It features 3000 Vac rms minimum input-to-output isolation, wide 4:1 input range capability, and comprehensive protection including overcurrent protection (hiccup mode), overvoltage protection (latched), and over-temperature protection. The converter is housed in a compact 1" × 2" DIP package (50.8 × 25.4 × 11 mm) with an encapsulated design and meets EN61368-1, EN50155, and EN50121-3-2 standards for railway rolling stock applications.
