DESCRIPTION

The AYA01C12-L is a 3-watt isolated DC-DC converter from Artesyn's AYA series, designed for low-power applications in data communication, telecommunications, computer peripherals, industrial automation, and mobile battery-powered systems. It accepts an input voltage range of 9-18 Vdc and delivers a regulated 15 V output at 0.2 A with 87% efficiency. The converter features I/O isolation of 1500 Vdc, ultra-compact DIP packaging (14 × 14 × 8.0 mm), and operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C with wide 2:1 input range capability. Key performance characteristics include ±1.5% voltage tolerance, ±0.2% line regulation, 1.0% load regulation, and 70 mV output noise/ripple. The device is ideal for applications requiring galvanic isolation, compact form factor, and high reliability in harsh environments.
