DESCRIPTION

The AYA01AA48-L is a 3-watt isolated DC-DC converter from Artesyn's AYA series, designed for low-power applications in data communication, telecommunications, industrial automation, and mobile battery-powered systems. It accepts an input voltage range of 36–75 Vdc and provides dual symmetric ±5 V outputs at ±0.3 A, with an efficiency of 82% and I/O isolation of 1500 Vdc. The converter features a compact DIP package measuring 14 × 14 × 8.0 mm, operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and includes integrated overload and short-circuit protection with automatic recovery. Its high isolation voltage, low output noise (70 mV), and wide input range make it ideal for isolated power distribution in harsh industrial and telecommunications environments.
