DESCRIPTION

AXA00CC18-L is a 20-watt isolated DC/DC converter from Artesyn's AXA series designed to convert a wide input voltage range of 9–36Vdc to dual symmetric ±15V outputs at ±0.67A. The converter features high efficiency of 89%, 1500Vdc input/output isolation, and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Key electrical characteristics include ±1.0% output voltage tolerance, ±0.5% line regulation for dual output, ±1.0% load regulation, and 100mV output noise/ripple with hiccup mode short-circuit and overload protection at 150% of maximum output current. The compact metal case measures 1.0 × 1.0 × 0.4 inches (25.4 × 25.4 × 10.16mm) with an isolated baseplate, and an optional clip-on heatsink is available for enhanced thermal management. This converter is ideal for industrial and telecommunications applications requiring isolated dual-rail power supplies with high reliability and compact form factor.
