DESCRIPTION

AXA00AA18-L is a 10 W isolated dual-output DC/DC converter from Artesyn's AXA series, designed to deliver ±5 V at ±1 A output current from a 9–36 Vdc input supply. The converter features an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range and achieves 84% efficiency, with output voltage tolerance of ±2.0% and line regulation of ±0.3%. The unit is fully encapsulated in a compact 1.0 × 1.0 × 0.4 inch metal case with an isolated baseplate, providing 1,500 Vdc input/output isolation and 1,000 MO insulation resistance. Standard protection includes hiccup mode short-circuit protection, remote On/Off control, and operates reliably across -40°C to +80°C ambient temperature. This converter is ideal for industrial, telecommunications, and data center applications requiring isolated dual-rail power supplies with high reliability and compact form factor.
