DESCRIPTION

ATA02B36-L is an 8-watt isolated DC-DC converter from the Artesyn ATA series designed for low-power applications in data communication, telecommunications, computer peripherals, industrial automation, and mobile battery-powered systems. The converter accepts an input voltage range of 18-75 VDC and delivers a regulated 12 VDC output at 665 mA with 85% efficiency. It features ultra-compact dimensions of 23.8 × 13.7 × 8.0 mm, 1500 VDC input-to-output isolation, a 4:1 input range, and operates reliably across -40°C to +80°C. The device includes overload and short-circuit protection with hiccup mode, output noise/ripple of 55 mV, and meets safety standards including UL/cUL/IEC/EN 62368-1 with CE marking. Its high efficiency, compact form factor, and robust isolation make it ideal for distributed power architectures and noise-sensitive applications requiring galvanic isolation.
