DESCRIPTION
The AEE03C18-L is a 50W isolated DC/DC converter from the Artesyn AEE Series, designed for applications requiring a wide input voltage range and high efficiency. It accepts an input voltage of 9–36 Vdc and delivers a regulated 15V output at 3.33A with ±1.0% voltage tolerance and ±0.5% line and load regulation. The converter features 1500 Vdc minimum input/output isolation, operates at 285 kHz switching frequency, and achieves 92% efficiency. The fully potted aluminum alloy case with black anodized coating (50.8 × 25.4 × 11 mm) provides robust protection in harsh industrial environments, with operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and integrated protections including OCP (hiccup mode), OVP (latched), and OTP (latched). This compact, high-density design is ideal for industrial applications, telecommunications, and data center computing where reliability and thermal stability are critical.
