DESCRIPTION
The ADO300-48S3V3B-4L is a high-efficiency eighth-brick DC/DC converter module with a baseplated structure and 4.8 mm pin length option, designed for demanding telecom and datacom applications. It delivers up to 60A output current at a regulated 3.3V output from an input range of 36–75V, achieving ultra-high efficiency of 93.7% at half load and 93.0% at full load. The module features comprehensive protection including input under/over-voltage lockout, output over-current and over-voltage protection, and over-temperature protection, along with remote output sense and PMBus Rev. 1.2 compliance for flexible digital control. With a maximum output power of 198W, operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and RoHS 6 compliance, it is well-suited for power distribution in telecommunications and data center environments where reliability and thermal performance are critical.
