DESCRIPTION

The 15326801 is a low-voltage automotive connector terminal designed for use in APEX® series connector systems manufactured by Aptiv. This terminal is rated for a maximum current of 18 A and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, with a maximum vibration rating of 30 G. The terminal features a contact resistance of less than 0.5 mO, a contact mating force of less than 5 N, and an unmating force of less than 1 N, ensuring reliable electrical connections with minimal insertion/extraction effort. Available in both male and female configurations with tin (Sn) or gold (Au) plating options, this terminal accommodates wire sizes ranging from 0.35 mm² to 8.0 mm² depending on the specific variant. The terminal is commonly used in automotive electrical systems, power distribution networks, and sensor applications where robust, low-resistance connections are required in compact, sealed or unsealed housing configurations.
