DESCRIPTION

The 13849911 is part of the APEX® 2.8 Sealed 10W connector series, a compact sealed connector system designed for heavy-duty inline and device applications in automotive environments. It features a fully protected interface seal with IP68 environmental protection rating and meets or exceeds USCAR performance standards and GMW3191 compliance. The connector supports wire sizes from 0.75 mm² (20 AWG) to 4 mm² (10 AWG), with available cavity counts of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, and 14 ways, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C with 12 G vibration resistance. The system incorporates mechanical polarization, Primary Lock Reinforcement (PLR), and Connector Position Assurance (CPA) features, making it ideal for sealed automotive connectors requiring high current ratings and ergonomic design in compact form factors.
