DESCRIPTION

12146447 is a low-voltage automotive connector system designed for on-engine sensor and body/chassis applications. The connector features multiple cavity configurations (2, 3, 4, and mixed 1.5/2.8 mm blade sizes) with both female and male genders, supporting cable sealed and mat sealed sealing types. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C with vibration ratings up to 42 G, and provides environmental protection ratings of IP68, IPX9K, and IP6K9K depending on configuration. The system includes contact resistance below 0.5 mO, contact mating forces between 2.0 N and 5 N, and maximum current ratings up to 22 A, making it suitable for heavy-duty automotive electrical architectures requiring robust and reliable connections.
