DESCRIPTION

T3635001U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It provides IP65/67/69K protection when mated and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with current ratings of 7A for 5-8 positions and 3A for 12-14 positions. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with solder and crimp termination options, supporting AWG 18 through 28 wire gauges. Common applications include measuring instruments, equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio networks where reliable power and signal connections with environmental protection are essential.
