DESCRIPTION

C09161G0121102 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating to ensure reliable performance in demanding applications. It supports contact termination via solder or crimp with wire sizes from 18 to 28 AWG, and offers excellent EMI shielding capability with 360° shielding available. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and provides high insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O with contact resistance below 5 mO, ensuring signal integrity. With mating cycles rated at =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating, and UL 94 V0 flammability rating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, industrial equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio network applications requiring robust environmental sealing and compact design.
