C09131H1071002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial power and signal connections with robust environmental protection. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, delivering IP65/67/69K protection when mated and excellent EMI shielding capability. It supports contact termination via solder or crimp with wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, and offers high insulation resistance (>10¹² O) and low contact resistance (<5 mO) for reliable signal integrity. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and is rated for up to 500 mating cycles with silver plating or 1000 cycles with gold plating, meeting UL 94 V0 flammability standards.
