DESCRIPTION

C09131H0121024 is an M16 D variant of the signalmate® C091 family of circular DIN connectors designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with thermoplastic dielectric material and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It provides IP65/67/69K ingress protection when mated and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with current ratings of 10A for 2-3 positions, 7A for 5-8 positions, and 3A for 12-14 positions. The connector supports both solder and crimp termination with wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, featuring excellent insulation resistance (>10¹² O) and low contact resistance (<5 mO). This design is ideal for measuring instruments, industrial equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio network applications where reliable power and signal connections with superior EMI shielding are essential.
