DESCRIPTION

C09131F0061012U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C. The connector provides excellent EMI shielding capability with insulation resistance greater than 10¹²O and contact resistance less than 5mO, supporting both solder and crimp terminations for AWG 18 through 28 wire sizes. This connector is ideal for measuring instruments, equipment, and diverse industrial applications requiring reliable power and signal integrity in demanding environmental conditions.
