C09131F0061002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with enhanced environmental protection. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, delivering IP65/67/69K protection when mated and excellent EMI shielding capability. It supports current ratings of 7A for 5-8 position configurations and 3A for 12-14 position configurations at +40°C, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. The connector accommodates wire sizes from 18 to 28 AWG with solder or crimp termination options, and features contact resistance below 5 mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O.
