DESCRIPTION

C09131D0041014 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and signal integrity. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K mating protection, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating to ensure reliable performance in harsh environments. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with contact resistance below 5mO, insulation resistance greater than 10¹²O, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. Contact termination options include solder and crimp, with AWG range from 18 to 28, and the connector achieves UL 94 V0 flammability rating with 720 hours salt spray corrosion resistance. This makes it ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other applications demanding high-integrity power and signal connections.
