DESCRIPTION

C09131C0052002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with robust environmental protection. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, delivering IP65/67/69K protection when mated and excellent EMI shielding capability. It supports contact termination via solder or crimp with wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, maintains insulation resistance greater than 10¹² O, and exhibits contact resistance below 5 mO. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and achieves 720 hours of corrosion resistance in salt spray testing per UL 94 V0 flammability standards. With mating cycles rated at =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, industrial equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio network applications requiring reliable high-integrity connections.
