DESCRIPTION

C09111D0030002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating to ensure reliable electrical performance. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 10A for 2-3 positions, 7A for 5-8 positions, and 3A for 12-14 positions at +40°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with a contact resistance below 5mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹²O, along with UL 94 V0 flammability rating and 720-hour salt spray corrosion resistance. These specifications make it ideal for measuring instruments, industrial equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio network applications requiring robust environmental sealing and signal integrity.
