DESCRIPTION

PL182Y-301-70 is a PwrLok 10mm 2-position plug connector designed for high-voltage power distribution applications. This connector features Y-key polarization, integrated HVIL (High Voltage Interlock Loop), and is designed for 70mm² cable size with a current rating of 250A. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a rated voltage of 1000 VDC, dielectric withstanding voltage of 5000 VDC, and protection class IP67 & IP2X. The connector includes electromagnetic shielding, automatic secondary lock, and a minimum mating cycle life of 100 cycles, making it suitable for electric vehicle and high-power automotive applications.
