DESCRIPTION

RTS78N4S is a circular bayonet connector from the ecomate® Aquarius™ series engineered for robust indoor and outdoor industrial applications. It features an IP67 and IP69K rating in mated condition, supporting up to 65A maximum current at 1000V AC/DC voltage rating, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The connector utilizes a thermoplastic UL94-VO housing body with a circular bayonet coupling system, offering multiple contact types (machined, stamped & formed, and PCB) with copper alloy contacts available in gold, tin, and silver plating options. Wire termination supports crimp and solder methods with AWG ranges from 30 to 8AWG (0.05 to 10.0 mm²), sealed with NBR or silicone rubber, and rated for over 500 mating cycles. This connector is ideal for Factory Automation, Heavy Equipment, Transportation, and Entertainment/Lighting markets where reliable, waterproof electrical connections are essential.
