DESCRIPTION

CA-5E12 is a heavy-duty, multi-pin thermoplastic connector from the Amphenol Sine Systems AT Series™ family, designed for demanding industrial environments requiring robust electrical and mechanical connections. The connector features IP68 and IP69K ratings in mated condition, with contact sizes of 12, 13, and 16, supporting current ratings of 13A and 25A depending on configuration. It incorporates an integral latching system that ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connection, thermoplastic housing with excellent UV resistance, and reduced diameter rear seals for enhanced environmental protection. The connector is available in multiple keying options (A through E) and body colors, with optional end caps and strain relief configurations. These connectors are widely used in industrial automation, heavy equipment, outdoor installations, and applications requiring superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities.
