DESCRIPTION

ATM04-2P-BLK is a 2-position receptacle connector from the ATM Series™ designed for demanding industrial applications including heavy equipment, agricultural, automotive, and alternative energy sectors. The connector features an integrated Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) lock with black keying, a thermoplastic UL94-VO housing body, and pin contact type with copper alloy nickel-plated material. It is rated IP68 (dust tight; 1M of water for 24 hours in mated condition) and IP69K (dust tight; high-pressure waterproof at 4 points in mated condition), with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and maximum current rating of 7.5A at 250V maximum voltage. The connector incorporates an integrated latching system for definitive electrical and mechanical connection, silicone elastomer sealing material, and supports wire ranges of 16-22 AWG, making it ideal for harsh environmental conditions requiring superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities.
