DESCRIPTION

The AT3PS-CKIT is a comprehensive connector kit from Amphenol Sine Systems featuring the AT Series™ heavy-duty, multi-pin thermoplastic connectors designed for demanding industrial environments. The kit includes 15-position and 18-position connector configurations with mixed contact sizes (Size 12 and Size 16), supporting current ratings of 25A (Size 12) and 13A (Size 16), and a maximum voltage rating of 250V. The connectors feature IP68 and IP69K ratings in mated condition, thermoplastic UL94-VO housing with excellent UV resistance, integrated latching systems for secure mechanical and electrical connections, and superior silicone rubber environmental seals. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with minimum mating cycles exceeding 100, the connectors demonstrate exceptional durability through shock resistance (50 g's on three axes), vibration tolerance (20 g's at 10-2000 Hz), and thermal shock cycling (10 cycles -55°C to +125°C). This kit is ideal for heavy-duty, transportation, marine, diagnostic, alternative energy, and agricultural interconnect applications requiring robust, environmentally sealed connections.
