DESCRIPTION

The 50-54931-1 is an M23 Elite Checkmate circular DIN connector designed for demanding industrial applications requiring robust signal and power transmission. This connector features a quick-locking Checkmate coupling system with distinctive alignment arrows and Lock/Unlock symbols, available in Power, Signal, and Hybrid configurations. The Power Series supports up to 30A maximum current at 630V maximum voltage with 6, 8, or 9 positions, while the Signal Series accommodates 12, 16, or 17 positions at 10A maximum current with voltage ratings of 160V (12 pos) or 125V (16-17 pos). The connector is rated IP67, operates across -20°C to +130°C, features 360° shielding, and has been vibration and shock tested up to 20g and 50g respectively in three axes. Its zinc die-cast nickel-plated housing, 330° rotatable base design for 90° receptacles, and cable clamping range of 4.5mm to 17mm make it ideal for servo drive encoder feedback, packaging, robotic, printing, machine tool, medical, and automation environments.
