DESCRIPTION

The 242124RP is an SMA male to TNC reverse-polarity (RP) adapter designed for RF and microwave applications. It features a 50-ohm impedance characteristic and operates across a frequency range of DC to 11 GHz, making it suitable for broadband signal transmission. The adapter is constructed with brass body and shell (nickel-plated), a gold-plated brass contact pin, PTFE insulator, and a stainless steel retainer ring with silicone gasket, ensuring durability and reliable performance. It is rated for a minimum of 500 mating cycles and maintains dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS. The operating temperature range of -65°C to +165°C provides reliable performance across demanding environmental conditions.
